returns are only available for fault of garment. change of mind does not qualify for a return.
you can inqiure about an exchange for the wrong size, however, due to limited fabric stock an exchange may not be possible. get in comms if you have any questions.

can i return/exchange my item if it’s the wrong size?
yes, absolutely. you will need to organise a time to come into the studio to try on.

can i come try things on?
yes, but get in contact first - it usually takes between 3 weeks - 6 weeks depending on what you are wanting. if you have an event you’d like the garment for, the more notice and time we have to work on it, the better.
note: we only take 1-2 commissions per month.

can i order a commission piece?
we have all intention to scale our sizes to be size and shape inclusive. this will come with time, though, as pattern making is something blok. outsources (blok. is still a small side venture start-up).
i’m working on it with haste, but getting in contact and letting me know this is something you want will only make things move faster!
